How can I place an order?
Add pieces to your bag and check out on our website — we accept cards, UPI, net banking and PayPal. You can also order by messaging us on Instagram @caratleaf925 or WhatsApp +91 99138 88825.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes. Send us your idea, a reference photo if you have one, your budget and the date you need it by. We’ll confirm the design, price and delivery time within one working day. Custom pieces are made to order and can’t be returned unless defective.
How do I know my ring size?
Use our ring size guide, which converts Indian, US, UK and EU sizes, or measure the inner diameter of a ring you already own and send it to us. We’re happy to help you check.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready pieces ship within 2–4 working days. Delivery within India takes 3–7 working days after dispatch; international delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Made-to-order pieces take longer, and we confirm the timeline before you pay.
How can I care for my gold and silver jewellery?
Wipe pieces with a soft cloth after wearing, keep them away from perfume, water and sweat, and store each one in its pouch. Our anti-tarnish finish on silver slows natural darkening.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We ship worldwide, with the US, Canada and Australia as our main markets. Every order is insured and tracked, and prices can be shown in INR, USD, CAD or AUD.
Who pays customs duties?
Import duties and taxes are not included in our prices. They are set by your country and paid by you on delivery.
